USA Travel News applauds the work of the Publishers National Environment Bureau - working to promote the sustainable recovery of old newspapers and magazines. The Bureau has been able to achieve a growth in the newspaper recycling rate from 28 per cent in 1990 to 73.5 per cent in 2003.

USA Travel News has a commitment to the participation to the use of recycled newsprint, and soy-based inks. More information about positive initiatives being taken by newspaper publishers is available from the PNEB - Publishers National Environment Bureau.
